Be a customs competence centre In this position, you will be responsible for implementing best practice and legal requirements in the customs area, primarily in Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will also take on a global role in terms of being part of a network with colleagues who have customs responsibility in other regions. Thus, your responsibilities will be to: Function as a competence center for customs regulation within Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA region) Act as key member of a global customs network with colleagues from the APAC and Americas regions Secure that the LEGO Products always have the right Commodity Code and Country of Origin Secure contact and dialogue with Danish tax authorities based on mutual trust - with this in mind a thorough knowledge and use of the spoken and written Danish language is necessary In addition, our ambition is to build up your capabilities to also support colleagues globally on transport and logistics matters. Curious and good communicator This role primarily requires you to be familiar with customs rules and regulations. You possess good communication skills, enabling you to facilitate knowledge in an easy to understand manner. In addition, being a great listener, you are able to pick up new knowledge and apply it independently in your position.
