Therefore, Novo Nordisk has initiated an exciting project to investigate the possibilities to expand the insulin filling capacity in Hillerød. The project will have a high degree of complexity with lots of cross organizational and global cooperation. To succeed with this ambitious project we need people with a pioneer spirit who like to build something completely new, that have high engagement and that thrive in a constant changing environment. About the department A filling facility is dependent on the delivery of very high purity water, steam and process air and the Clean Utilities department is responsible for the equipment and processes that deliver these. The department will consist of approximately 20 people divided into two teams once the manning process has been completed: A Clean Utility team (responsible for all Utility processes) and a Metrology team (responsible for all calibrations on site). In the department we believe that good results are generate by a strong teamwork where we share our ideas and find the best possible solutions together. Your new colleagues will consist of both academics and skilled workers. The job You will be a Maintenance professional and report to the Associate Manager for the Clean Utility team. The team is responsible for the entire implementation of all clean utility equipment including purchasing, installation, validation, manning, ramp up and regulatory approvals. Based on your vision of a future maintenance setup your main responsibility will be to set up the structure for maintenance for the utility equipment as well as other departments in the project (Filling, Wash and Sterilization etc.). The process responsible persons from the other departments will rely on your expertise on how to handle maintenance. You will set up the structure in SAP and support them in setting up their maintenance plans. Within the department there will be a SAP supporter to assist you. You will be using all your expertise within areas such as condition-based and predetermined maintenance as well as maintenance planning and scheduling in order to ensure smooth operation of the facility. In addition to the above you will participate in a global Novo Nordisk process group working on Asset Management. Qualifications Optimally you hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or a degree as a Marine Engineer. Your education could be supplemented with a Diploma in Maintenance. You have experience from the pharmaceutical industry and have a minimum 2-5 years of experience with maintenance work. Experience with SAP will be an advantage. It is crucial that you are able to network, collaborate and work at a high professional level, both internally and externally. We expect you to be able to work both independently and in teams, where your persuasiveness and dedication ensure buy-in from key stakeholders. You enjoy interacting with different people during your workday, and you are good at establishing close relations to different stakeholders.
