About the department

The department Insulin Manufacturing 1 (IM1) in Diabetes Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (DAPI) is placed in Kalundborg. You will join 60 colleagues with different backgrounds, all working to secure stability and quality for our machinery and processes. Our speciality and key area are maintenance, along with system functionality and architecture. We support the entire site, within different areas, ranging from black utilities to purification.

You will be part of the group that supports the Purification department. Your colleagues will have the same responsibility and core tasks as you will have. The team handle all tasks within equipment/technical support, optimizing and problem solving.

 

The job

As the Maintenance analyst you will be challenged by an exciting opportunity to stabilize and further strengthen our quality mind-set in different processes with in Purification equipment. Your task will also be to drive an in-house QRM process and a BOM list creation process. You will be going through P&IDs and SAP to identify existing maintenance, ratify what you find, and document all your knowledge within a SA/FA structure. During your process you will learn about the system, and by doing workshops cross organizationally, you will identify the main faults that can occur, foresee them and prevent them by proper and adequate maintenance. 

You should all in all expect, to be a mechanical process expert, and thus a needed and essential role, involved in a variety of tasks on the specific equipment and area. You need to be on the top of the game, analyzing and execute to ensure progress, along with technical know-how and savvy. Your stakeholders are skilled workers and suppliers, and your role will be to handle this in a good spirit and with a result driven mindset. In other words, this is a position where your dedication and expertise will have an impact on decisions on how to improve our processes and equipment.

It is a permanent position.

 

Qualifications

More than likely you have an academic or technical background. You can handle a non-ambiguous system, and you can maintain a focus even when obstacles occur. You like facilitating and driving minor projects, and take responsibility in an analytic and structured way. 

Regarding personal skills, you are known for your personal drive, positive mindset, flexibility and persistence. You are service minded, ambitious and enjoy working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. You thrive in a role where you are driving your own projects while being a resource for colleagues and stakeholders.
