The position will be based in copenhagen and approxemately 20 days of travel are to be expected. Key reponsibilities and tasks Working as a Consultant you will independently conduct analysis and investigate and shape opportunities across business units to develop recommendation and other decision support. You will run project work streams in the interface between Operations and the commercial business units to progress an ambitious transformation agenda to drive growth and customer centricity through Operations. Reporting to Senior Vice President, Operations Director, you will be exposed to a variety of classical consultancy tasks and engage with a variety of stakeholders on all levels of the organisation. •Driving project work streams independently •Solving problems in a structured and analytical manner •Facilitating workshops to deep-dive into opportunities and co-creating solutions •Conducting analyses, developing recommendation and other decision support •Communicating insights and results to decision makers •Perform diversified and administrative duties to support Operations Director An overall theme within the responsibilities of the position is to secure a strong link between the strategy of BU´s and Operations and to bring the tactical and operational interface between the units to a level of “great” collaboration. Your success criteria will be: •To successfully build trusted relations and influence management across the value chain •To successfully sketch and analyse business opportunities in power points that can be communicated at senior management level •To drive forward and ensure high quality in project deliverables across BU Preferred background and qualifications We are looking for a highly likable girl or guy with a proven performance track record. •Consulting experience from a recognized management consulting firm is expected (2+ years).
