About the department
The strategic focus for HRIT in the coming years is on driving a digitalisation and technology enablement of P&O services.
The HRIT area consists of app. 60 employees, four departments located in Denmark and one in the USA. Furthermore, we work closely with our HRIT colleagues in Bangalore India. HRIT is organisationally anchored in Global IT, but we are located close to our colleagues in P&O to provide close business support to our primary customers.

 

The Job
You will work in a strategic and dynamic environment, where your focus will be on providing support to the management team, which includes driving smaller project tracks, conducting analyses as well as operational work.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Professional support and sparring to the Vice President and the HRIT management team
• Prepare presentations and decision material
• Support HRIT project portfolio overview
• Conduct analyses, present the results to the management team
• Budget control across HRIT
• Organise management meetings (ensuring agenda, minutes, participation and follow-up on decisions etc.)
• Maintain websites, folders and drives
• Organise processes incl. managing, analysing and allocating information
• Coordination of workshops and ad hoc project support
You will need to work independently in ensuring that all practicalities and tasks are handled the best way possible. Since the role is a global role, you will get the opportunity to connect with people from all corners of the global Novo Nordisk P&O and IT community.

 

Qualifications
You have a minimum of 5-years of experience from a similar role and hold a BA in a relevant field. You should have excellent project planning and communication skills and a high level of business understanding and organisational navigation skills.
You should be able to work in a professional and proactive manner, where you independently drive activities and take responsibility from end to end. You are structured and know the importance of details and can balance this with a flexible and pragmatic approach during times of high workload. You have strong interpersonal skills, are empathetic and able to cooperate with many stakeholders and take joy in maintaining a good network.
Written and spoken English at mothertongue level is a requirement.
