Management Support Assistant to Group IT, SE/DK/FI

As a Management Assistant you will give qualitative administrative service and support to mainly Unit Heads in IT Group Functions consisting of managers in Copenhagen, Helsinki and Stockholm. You are an important contact point and provide assistance in a wide range of tasks and in an efficient and service-minded way. We are looking for a person recently graduated with a strong will to grow into role where she/he is regarded as an important contributor in enabling our team to perform. The position we offer You will be administratively responsible for internal as well as external meetings and contacts, arranging staff events by booking facilities and participants. Furthermore you will create agendas, draft presentations and taking minutes of meetings in collaboration with another Management Assistant in our team. In addition you will support in communication related activities by ensuring and updating intranet content and other relevant unit information in sharing tools and media. You will back-up each other up as Management Assistants. The main working languages are English and Swedish; hence our requirement of a professional level of spoken and written english. The position could be filled in Copenhagen, Helsinki or Stockholm. This position provides a very good understanding of Nordea, IT and strategic, tactical & operational execution in a changing and interesting environment. IT Group Functions is part of Group Corporate Centre and is a division responsible for the full IT value chain in Nordea Group Functions. We have the responsibility for development, maintenance and operations of all IT applications in Group Functions. We team up across the Nordea value chain with our 160+ employees in four countries and 800+ consultants representing our professional global partners, mostly in India. The qualifications you need You have the ability to work independently with little supervision and you are flexible around working hours. You are good at working under considerable time pressure, tight deadlines and in strong cooperation with others. You are an advanced user of MS Office Programs (excel, word, powerpoint) including Intranet, SharePoint and other IT equipment. We expect that you have gained understanding of Nordea organisation and above mentioned tools. In addition a high level of proficiency in planning organisational work tasks and meetings, including re-prioritisation, valuing accuracy and timelines are seen as plus. You also have the ability to maintain harmonious working relations at all levels. You have excellent communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills. We expect that you have a good ability to draft agendas, write minutes as well as draft (technical) presentations with limited guidance and advice.
