You will primarily be based at our Offshore headquaters in Vejle, Denmark, but may be required to travel occasionally to our regional offices and project sites. What are my responsibilities? The Performance Manager plays a key role in supporting our core business priorities: Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: • Acting as line manager for the Quality and EHS professionals within the performance Department. • Further optimizing data management, reporting capabilities and tools. • Monitor Quality and EHS performance across regions, projects and functions and identify associated risks and opportunities forming the fundament for decisions. • Driving our interface and corrective / preventive action management processes to ensure continuous improvement. • Ensuring that best practices, synergies and lessons learned are captured, shared and implemented across regions, projects and functions. • Assessing, verifying and improving levels of implementation and organizational maturity within the market unit. • Acting as an ambassador for our Zero Harm and Zero Defect cultural drives, including supporting development of / driving campaigns to effectively implement these globally within Offshore. • Implementation of Siemens corporate and offshore specific Quality and EHS standards and processes by taking lead and encouraging close cooperation and team work at all levels. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have Quality and EHS management experience from within the offshore, marine or construction industry. You hold relevant professional qualifications in Quality and EHS management or have documented relevant experience from a similar role – this includes a significant knowledge of relevant legislation as well as relevant industry and technical standards; e.g. ISO9001/14001 and OHSAS18001. As a person you are positive toward changes and lead by example. Moreover, you are an experienced team manager and possess strong people management skills. You are regarded as an excellent coach who can mentor and communicate skilfully in order to manage a complex setup of stakeholders including clients, subcontractors and authorities. You are a strong team player with the ability to drive complex tasks in cooperation with management and projects as well as a broad span of Siemens corporate functions. You have good English skills both orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
