Job Description
Are you ready to accelerate your career? Danfoss is on the lookout for a strategic advisor to senior management who can drive the main strategic initiatives in the Danfoss Cooling Segment. From growth projects, including new business models, to internal operational excellence and M&A activities, you will be an integral part in ensuring the continuous success of the segment’s future strategy. Background and skills
The perfect candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience with a top-tier Strategy Consulting firm or similar strategy experience from another global company. You have a business or engineering/technology-based university degree. To be considered for the position, you must have strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to lead cross-functional and divisional efforts., exceptional analytical skills and an ability to quickly hone in on the main issues. You should be a strategic thinker with a structural mindset.
Areas of Responsibilities
- Drive and support strategic and operational projects at the segment level and in the different businesses and functions.
- Support M&A activities.
- Prepare and present decision documents to top executives.
- Be the go-to advisor for the senior leadership.
- Drive and participate in projects with external consultants.
- Drive and support strategic planning processes.
