Manager, Export Sales

Are you looking for the opportunity to use your sales management experience of technical products to make a difference for one of Denmark’s most successful industrial companies – and do so in diverse markets?

As our current manager for export sales has chosen to seek new challenges, we are searching for a competent replacement to lead our sales toward the smaller export markets.

The Export department is responsible for sales in EMEA, where LINAK has no separate sales organisations, i.e. South/East Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will lead a well-established organisation with 3 highly motivated and experienced employees working in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Service, and Technical Support.

The position is based in our new facilities in our group headquarters, and you will be reporting to our Senior Director, Corporate Sales.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuing growth of LINAK in smaller export markets
• Meet the Company goals in relation to sales, profitability and customer satisfaction
• Account responsible for selected important customers
• Work with several distributors in many different countries
• Be visible and motivating to ensure the cooperation with customers, employees and the LINAK Group
• Lead a small sales team, where you coach and challenge our employees to ensure their best performance
• Champion our company values and ensure our costumers’ positive experience

Expectations to you

• As a minimum hold a technical and/or business bachelor’s degree
• A natural leader with great communication skills and a strong drive
• Able to work in an organised and holistic manner and handle complex and sensitive issues
• Have sales and management experience in a technical B2B sales and manufacturing environment
• Experience in working in an international sales company would be an advantage
• Good financial understanding and experience in working with budgeting and profit/loss
• Willing to travel 40-60 days per year
