Finance Business Partnering for MCD

You will partner with the MCD organisation to ensure that you support the leadership team covering both governance (business case reviews, costs control & transparency) and support projects driven out of MCD where finance support is needed. MCD is geographically scattered consisting of around 50 colleagues, more than half based in Billund with the leader reporting directly to the LEGO CEO.

Market FP&A

You will join the Corporate Finance Reporting team of approximately 30 colleagues and work within a close-knit FP&A sub-team of 4, responsible for partnering with our market finance colleagues across the LEGO® organisation.

With a key role in supporting your finance colleagues with focus on sales markets, you will work on creating business value and efficiency by providing your expert knowledge and guidance throughout.

Concretely, you will collaborate mainly with a Senior Finance Manager for Market FP&A and provide support to Head of Finance on financial data analysis and ensuring that quarterly revenue estimates are prepared and submitted efficiently.

You will likewise support a large variety of smaller and medium size projects to enable our market finance colleagues to create efficiency and greater value in their daily work.

With your financial experience, you are brave, curious and can handle a variety of topics. With your open-minded approach and positive attitude, you thrive in networking with people across different functions, business units, time zones and cultures. Your qualifications:

- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business or accountancy.

- You have 4+ years of experience from a finance position, such as accountant, financial consultant, or the like, preferably in a global organisation.

- You have advanced Excel skills, and if you have experience with ERP, especially SAP BW, it is an advantage.

- You have solid communication skills and speak and write English effortlessly.
