Are you an analyst, who is looking to make an impact? Here, you join a new team, to go beyond what is typically offered in similar positions. You influence how we work with big data analytics, generate actionable insights and translate these to senior stakeholders. Deliver insights through big data analytics You join the Big Data & Advanced Analytics team where you use your business acumen to translate big data into insights. As a team, we are establishing data science as a discipline. Specifically, we deliver modelling algorithms and insights to a new digital experience called LEGO® Life and ad hoc analytics for the entire group. Thus, you use your knowledge of data science to influence how we use big data analytics to develop our marketing efforts, enable personalised consumer experiences and drive brand engagement. In detail, you: Deliver insights from the performance of the LEGO® Life offerings, including reports in Tableau on the performance of apps and the platform Translate business questions into requirements for data analytics Help build organisational capabilities for big data and advanced analytics Travel to both internal projects and external conferences, especially within Europe, for a limited amount of time Join our supportive, collaborative Network At the LEGO Group, insights are extremely valued and our focus on big data is rapidly increasing. Quantitative business analyst and skilled communicator with a sales or marketing background In this position, it is essential that you are able to prioritise, fail fast and learn from your mistakes. We are building something from the bottom up as a team that delivers together. To succeed, you have worked with analysis within a marketing or sales organisation, have experience with advanced analytical methods, and are familiar with a big data / business intelligence platform and you: Have 5+ years of experience working with data science, quantitative business analysis and data visualisation preferably from a CPG or FMCG company Have experience working with analyses of games, apps or other digital offerings Hold a relevant degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar with a focus on analysis, alternatively you have another background but substantial practical experience Are a well-versed communicator, who knows how to translate complex data into brief insights and data visualisations aimed at senior stakeholders Can engage with technical as well as non-technical colleagues and collaborate with business owners across departments Speak and write English fluently Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
