Lead and develop your team Leading our Property Management Administration team in the Global Property Management department, you will be based in Billund along with your team of 2 people. The team is responsible for overviewing approximately 800.000 m2 of property from a facility administration perspective, i.e. we maintain data, perform satisfaction surveys and reports, and support the Finance Business Partner for the area. Your main focus will be on securing a high service level and adherence to global standards and frames. You do so by: Leading, managing, engaging and developing your team Building strong team cooperation and motivation as well as securing solid stakeholder management Creating alignment and ensuring best practices are shared across locations Challenging processes and procedures, when they are not seen as existing in the best interest of the LEGO Group Supporting and communicating the Facility Survey to local site management A caring and connected community You will join a family-owned business that offers a supportive, collaborative network and team structure. Interest in leading people This position requires you to have a strong interest in leading people, but not necessarily experience with leadership to be able to motivate your team to perform at their very best. Being independent and outgoing, you are good at communicating in a calm and easy manner. Further, you look for opportunities to challenge existing processes and procedures, and you are able to drive processes forward, creating alignment across locations. Qualifications: 5+ years of work experience combined with a relevant education, e.g. a bachelor's in business administration or similar. Knowledge of facility management is an advantage It is an advantage, if you have experience working globally, managing people and suppliers, and interacting and generating a good impact with partners and colleagues Preferably, you have experience with SAP Computer Added Facility Management systems, MS Office and user satisfaction surveys You speak and write English fluently Bringing it to life "The LEGO Group is experiencing a tremendous development, and so is the department.
