Would you like to design, develop and drive different components of a global talent management agenda from a corporate perspective, moving the LEGO Group and our more than 14.000 talented employees forward? Drive the People Review and Succession Planning agenda As HR Manager, you play an instrumental role in designing, planning, communicating and implementing the talent management agenda. You join Executive HR, a small function reporting directly to the CEO, which is responsible for driving our HR business plan, and interacts closely with our leadership teams globally. You will be based in Billund with responsibility for co-driving the development, implementation and anchoring of talent management concepts, processes and tools like: Driving and enabling the yearly execution of the People Review process, including process and implementation planning, leader and HR engagement, continuous improvement, global governance and documentation Driving a continued strong focus, deployment and impact of succession planning and development for the Corporate Management area´s Leadership Teams Participating in executing succession planning at top leadership level to grow leaders and build the leadership bench strength Driving the Flow Process where position opportunities are systematically reviewed against available talent Playing an active part in delivering on the overall People and Culture agenda, by collaborating and sharing knowledge within Executive HR and across a full HR and business organisation Everyday creativity Apply your curiosity and ability to think both logically and creatively to everything you do. Executive HR is based partly in Singapore, partly in Billund, Denmark, and the global nature of this role will take you travelling 6-8 times per year to meet with leaders and HR Partners around the World. Structured by nature with strong relational skills You will be challenged in a fast-moving environment where you must be comfortable working with multiple, semi-defined and changing work tasks. In addition, this position requires you to have both a high level of structure and quality as well as solid interpersonal skills. Your qualifications: Ideally, you have 2+ years of HR Talent Management experience, alternatively similar cross-organisational HR roles such as HR Business Partner or Consultant You have a Master´s degree or equivalent in an HR related field, giving you a strong HR toolbox Global experience combined with a strong cultural understanding of or desire to work with the Asian market is advantageous, as is fluency in English You are collaborative by nature and you can drive tasks independently Coaching skills and a good feel for constructively delivering input regarding sensitive HR issues Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
