The Process Management & Services team is one of three teams in the IT Performance Management department. IT Performance Management with its 33 employees is a supporting function within Global IT responsible for IT financials, portfolio management, project management, test and release management, service level management, performance management and process management. The main objective for the Process Management & Services team is to improve the quality and efficiency of the work performed in the IT Domain. Responsibilities: As manager of the Process Management & Services team you will lead and develop a global team of 7 specialists in process management, change management, project models and methodologies, and tools supporting a large internal IT organisation. Your role will be as a "Playing Coach", where you also personally will run your own tasks - especially when it comes to strategic and cross-functional business development activities within the IT Domain. The Head of Process Management & Services oversees the following areas of responsibility: Maintain, communicate and enforce policies, processes and procedures for the IT Domain, and facilitate their development and continuous improvement. Ensure streamlined, communicated and implemented processes, creating a well-coordinated, efficient and effective IT organisation. Facilitate process audits and other activities to ensure compliance to policies, processes and procedures. Facilitate governance around requests for changes in Change Advisory Boards ensuring requested changes are managed, prioritized and planned for execution. Manage the Global IT internal portfolio of initiatives related to improvements in processes, governance, organization, people management, administration, finance, R&Rs, reference models etc. Support, develop and optimize internal tools for internal use in the IT Domain, e.g. IT Service Management tool and resource management tool. Qualifications: Master degree in IT / Business or similar education and ITIL Service Managers Certificate (V2 or V3) Management experience from several years in a senior position in either IT operations or development Substantial IT process management experience Solid Business acumen and business process understanding Highly IT literate (IT drivers, methods and standards) Ability to communicate and work with all levels in the organisation Auditor mentality Excellent interpersonal skills Competencies: Fluent in English oral and written Multi-cultural understanding Visionary, reliable and service minded Strong communicator and decision maker Analytical, structured and methodological Ability to act in a dynamic work environment What we offer: You are offered a unique career opportunity to create results with a team in an exciting business with challenging and demanding objectives.
