Tasks & responsibilities:

As our new Marine Specialist, your main responsibility will be to coordinate and participate in negotiation of CTV and W2W contracts. You will be the point of contact between the internal project team and external stakeholders, this includes project meetings with costumers, vessel providers and other contractors. It is important that you are updated on vessels requirements and understand the logistical operations, enabling you to come up with innovative ideas and input to new technologies and concepts in relation to offshore access.

You will also be responsible for:

• Coordination and follow-up on vessel inspections and vessel operations
• Preparation and management of vessel tenders.
• Assist construction and service functions to select the right vessels for construction and service assignment
• Reviewing of employer requirements and client's documentation related to the offshore logistics.
• Performance monitoring and evaluation of vessel contracts.
• Supporting the Marine Engineering team on ad hoc assignments.

Skills & experience: Our new colleague...

...has good project management skills and a strong background in marine engineering and offshore operations. You have 3-5 years of experience within the offshore renewable sector as well as extensive knowledge within offshore rules and regulations, ideally in relation to CTV and W2W operation. As a person, you are a very flexible team player with a proactive approach and a self-driven attitude. Given the fact that you will have many different tasks at the same time, it is important that you can prioritise and keep the overview

We expect that you have/are:

• An engineering degree, preferably in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture
• Advanced MS Office skills (Autocad is an advantage)
• Experience with preparation of specifications, budgets and contracts
• Good technical and commercial understanding
• Good understanding to validate new products and concepts
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Innovative and able to see new optimisation opportunities
