We are looking for an ambitious and passionate market communications professional with a strategic mindset to create business value.

You will be able to work at all levels as your responsibility will range from developing long term positioning strategies of integrated marketing and communications to customer events and hands-on speech writing. Market communication is your home turf and further you see the advantages of integrating and utilizing other communication disciplines.

As a person you have the power to influence and position the discipline and department as a strategic resource and trusted advisor. You inspire the teams around you and are able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global matrix environment.

You will be a part of our Food and Beverage division and vital in the process of stepping up the strategic level in market communications across the company. You bring the latest trends and insights in market communications and apply it to develop strategic direction for the function in close corporation with the division as well as communications team

You will report to the Head of Digital and Market communication.

In this position you need:

8+ years of experience in business-to-business market communications, preferably in an international setting
Ability to drive results across a matrix structure and work closely with colleagues in all parts of the organization
Expertise in development and execution of integrated strategic market communication plans utilizing the full spectrum of tools and tactics
Experience from the food and beverage sector is a definite plus
Strong understanding of how to use digital tools to tell our story effectively
Power to influence and position Market Communications as a strategic resource and trusted advisor. Building credibility through business acumen and bringing fresh market communications ideas that advance the business objectives
Strong cross-functional and leadership skills and the ability to influence across all levels and functions of the organization
