In the strategic marketing team at Danfoss Industrial Automation, we are looking for a result-oriented Market Intelligence Consultant with solid communication skills and a strong drive. You will join a team of seven dedicated and skilled colleagues, and together you will play an important role in providing support from a market intelligence perspective. The position is temporary and will last approx. a year and you will be working from our office in either Hasselager, Kolding, or Nordborg. Facilitator with strong analytic market skills With reference to Director, Market Segment Support, your focus will be to support and facilitate tasks within competitive & market intelligence. You will help develop product ideas and business cases within several mobile hydraulics and industry segments. You will create market analysis in relation to the different segments and applications and you will facilitate key account mapping. Other key responsibilities will be to: •Drive SharePoint platform support •Segmentation of new distribution •Create market descriptions and market fact packs •Monitor competitors in the market •Be the first point of contact with global stakeholders •Help implement new systems International marketing experience, global mind-set and communication skills You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar, and you have experience from an international industrial component B2B position. You also have a proven track record within project management, and experience with market intelligence. Knowledge of mobile hydraulics is preferred, but not mandatory – however you must show capacity to quickly grasp the nature of the products and business model. It will be an advantage if you have knowledge within Salesforce as well as we expect you to have all round experience of Microsoft Office. On a more personal level, you are robust, innovative and service-minded, and you have a strong will to succeed. You have a natural authority and ability to act independently on your tasks. You are comfortable with undertaking ongoing projects and initiatives and your goal-oriented personality ensures that the activities you are executing are completed satisfactorily. You possess a strong quality mind-set and have the ability to motivate, inspire and influence others and work across functions in an international environment. With your excellent communication skills and ability to communicate throughout the organisation, you are able to meet people at their level and accommodate differences and diversities.
