We're looking for an agile person to join our team working between sales and marketing. In this role, you will own the delivery of sales proposals and support campaign execution in collaboration between marketing and sales. You are eager to quickly resolve any challenges thrown your way, and it is critical that you have strong people skills as this role dictates a lot of internal touch points. Consequently, this role can help you build even stronger project management skills or be a great starting-point in your career as you interface with a lot of departments and touch many projects. Responsibilities •Project manager of a number of quarterly Marketing and Sales projects •Ensure development of up-to-date outbound campaigns and marketing collateral for the Sales team •Maintain, build and manage rich sales content that supports the conversion of qualified prospects (including sales assets, offers and more) •Generate sales qualified leads by converting marketing audience through outbound campaigns leveraging calls-to-action, landing pages and content (including offers) •Manage the Request for proposal (RFP) process •Optimize collaboration between Marketing and Sales via tools and processes •Manage relationship with Sales operations and sales managers Requirements •2-4 years experience working in sales enablement and/or with sales campaigns •Experience with RFPs and pitching clients •Passion for coordinating and project management •Understanding of and interest in marketing and campaign management •A really strong communicator with a tough and positive attitude •A strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mentality •High-energy team player What we offer •A self-driven and high-performance culture •Open, informal and multinational working environment •High responsibility and excellent career possibilities •Flexible working hours •Lunch and drinks daily as well as healthy and unhealthy snacks •Working at a central location in Copenhagen, the startup hub of Northern Europe
