Marketing Coordinator for My LEGO Experiences, 6 months temporary position

Do you have strong administrative skills ideally combined with some marketing experience and a passion for learning while doing? Would you like to contribute to a never-seen-before digital play offer and potentially grow into another position with us? Various marketing-related and PA-related administrative tasks As the new Marketing Coordinator in the My LEGO Team of 17 colleagues, you will collaborate closely with and support your team on marketing assignments as well as deliver PA support to the Senior Director and the Leadership Team. We are busy and in an interesting build-up-phase so you will probably land a number of ad hoc tasks. This means splitting your time: 50 % to support the My LEGO Marketing Team with e.g. preparing marketing presentations, supporting campaign development, organising meetings, activities and related practicalities, following up on time registrations, updating shared files incl. process charts, overviews and meeting calendars, delivering ad hoc support to event planning, invoicing in SAP, etc. 25 % to support the Leadership Team, including preparing and following up on meetings - agenda, booking locations, provisioning, etc. 25 % to support the Senior Director, such as handling travel arrangements, expenses and monthly follow-up on costs, etc. Build your skills and grow our potential You will become a valuable member of a young team that is expanding and deepening children’s relationship with the LEGO Brand. The My LEGO Team builds a novel 1:1 experience that ties together all digital LEGO experiences across all touch points, and as we are starting something new together it is important that you have a flexible can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. In the team, you will deliver value-adding service to members of the My LEGO team, support the My LEGO Senior Director and the Leadership Team. Administrative experience, a strong service mindset and a pioneering spirit You will be challenged on your ability to balance the complexity of many tasks and navigate in an international environment, where you are involved in specific marketing tasks while also handling traditional PA/administrative tasks.
