Currently we are looking for an experienced Marketing and Pricing Director who can be located in Belgium, France or UK. Reporting to Global VP of Sales & Marketing for Heating Solutions division, the Marketing and Pricing Director will be expected to develop a Marketing plan that maximizes the internal resources (Central/ Regional) to deliver market share and sales growth. The main tasks of this role are summarized as follows: •Develop a Marketing plan across Business Units and Channels to deliver market share gains •Build a Regional Marketing Organization and clarify HQ/ Local responsibilities •Develop and deploy a Pricing strategy for the Division with the objective of improving mix, implementation of price increase and rebates systems •Bridge corporate communications guidelines into the HS division •Develop a promotion calendar with value added campaigns •Build key project testimonial databases to reinforce messaging on HS success stories •Establish a key vertical communication strategy in the Project business Your profile •Minimum 5 years of experience in International Marketing •B2C and B2B experience in blue chip companies •Experience in managing a multi-million Marketing budget •Graduate, postgraduate desired •English language mandatory, other main European languages desired •Able to coordinate in a matrix organization Marketing efforts with teh Business Units in teh Heating Division We offer •Professional and personal development •Opportunity to influence •Work - life balance For further questions please contact our external Recruitment Consultant Florence Marichal +32 477 261 986 Company Profile Danfoss is a global leader focused on energy-efficient solutions that save energy and costs, and reduce carbon emissions.
