You join the LEGO Education MINDSTORMS marketing team consisting of 2 marketing professionals apart from you. Here, you help manage a broad portfolio of MINDSTORMS products and concepts which involve close collaboration with regional sales and marketing teams as well as working with a large network of global public and private partners - and a dedicated teacher community. Drive, coordinate, align and be visible As Marketing Manager, you help set direction for the portfolio for the coming 2-3 years and you join the team in delivering portfolio and go-to-market plans. You establish and head up a global communication plan of relevant campaigns and events and are in close contact with your market colleagues to ensure campaigns and communication is aligned. You also develop concepts and support their implementation in accordance with LEGO Education's general strategy. In addition, you ensure relevant insights are collected and shared with the markets. To meet the digital future, you think digitalisation into the MINDSTORMS product portfolio and business models and in the monitoring of campaigns and marketing activities. Also, you help build and activate a MINDSTORMS teacher community, and you participate in relevant events and meetings around the world. This takes you travelling 20-30 days per year. Marketer with intercultural understanding You have 5+ years of BtB experience with international communication/ marketing in a large international company, ideally operating with the public sector You have a strong digital mind-set paired with a solid understanding digital concepts and business models. Experience with areas such as search engine management and optimisation is an advantage Your track record has given you the ability to structure, optimise and convert important market knowledge to better solutions You probably hold a master's degree within business, economic or marketing, and your verbal and written English is flawless You always take action to deliver and improve results, and you serve as the functional expert and apply your knowledge to strengthen your area. Utilising your strong commercial, communication and analytical skills, you are visible and clear in all communication - and you are comfortable with all types of stakeholders. You have a good understanding of both market partners and end-consumers, and you are capable of applying this knowledge to your business. Finally, you have a collaborative mind-set, yet you demonstrate authority at the same time as you have a good cultural understanding.
