Global Commercial has a vacancy for a highly experienced, commercially grounded professional to take on the challenging and newly established position as Marketing Manager for our Healthy Beverage portfolio. The position reports to the Head of Non-Alcoholic Beverages and is located at Carlsberg Group Headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. Your main responsibility will be to develop concepts and commercial propositions for the portfolio of healthy beverages. You will be cooperating closely with the R&D team on liquid and product development and will be responsible for assessing potential and developing winning concepts. In addition you will develop relevant competitive, partnership and route to market assessments to come up with clear recommendations for the portfolio strategy. You will be working closely with a broad range of stakeholders including R&D, Insights, Category teams and regional and local commercial teams. This is an exciting position where you will be part of a team responsible for one of the key growth initiatives, which is high on the agenda in the Group. Main areas of responsibility include: •Develop consumer-relevant concepts for the Healthy Beverage portfolio •Co-develop the platform and game-plan for the Healthy Beverage portfolio •Develop consumer insights and commercial propositions including relevant route to market approaches •Assess competition and potential business models •Investigate potential partnerships •Drive effective communication with Group functions, Regions and local markets •Be part of a strong Global Commercial team and contribute to continued best practice development, capability building & implementation We are looking for a candidate who: •Is a proven and highly experienced consumer marketer having a solid and international track record within innovation and branding •Completely masters NPD project and process management and has solid experience in developing concepts based on relevant insights and turning these into relevant consumer propositions •Understands holistically the steps from strategic planning and concept development to delivery of full proposition and detailed tactical execution •Comfortably collaborates at all levels in the organisation. Is adept at operating cross-functionally and at managing a complex matrix set of stakeholders •Has 6-8 years of sales & marketing ideally complemented with sales and/or business development experience, preferable within Carlsberg or another FMCG company As a person you have solid strategic and analytical skills. You have great communication and people skills. You are extrovert, flexible and goal-oriented. You thrive in a very busy, challenging and international business environment.
