Do you want to unfold your coordinating skills within a highly dynamic and fast-paced organisation? Then you might be the person we are looking for as Marketing Project Assistant in our divisional Market Communication team at Danfoss District Energy. We are a division within Danfoss committed to finding the right district heating system solution for all our customers – whatever the size, needs or requirements. We employ approximately 2,300 people all over the world. We are specialised in components and solutions that are used in district energy stations and contribute towards achieving optimum energy efficiency in the transition from district energy to usable heating, hot water and air conditioning. You will help us ensure that all documents will be changed into the new CVI by September as well as ensure a continuous roll-out in our sales companies world-wide and the correct use of the CVI when new documents are created after this date. The position is temporary. Smooth and professional marketing assistance As Marketing Project Assistant your overall mission will be to understand the importance of meeting the deadline while still delivering high quality desk top publishing (DTP) solutions in 100% accordance with the new CVI. You overview all documents in scope, the production process with agency and markets and ensure timely execution (project plan follow-up). Further responsibilities will be: •Day to day contact with local proof readers (first point of contact) ?Follow-up with local marketing to ensure progress ?Answer questions from local marketing regarding proof reading, CVI rules etc. •Day to day contact with agency ?Answering graphically oriented questions from agency ?Approving documents (making decisions on behalf of the division) •Upload (and potentially tagging) documents into the literature management system •Overview of project plan and large amount of documents •Delivery of new files to local marketing After first phase implementation: •DTP support to local markets in creating new marketing materials in accordance with new CVI ?Ads in XPublish system ?Brochures in InDesign ?Presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint •Function as divisional super user of XPublish •Training of internal staff in using new CVI guide/templates and XPublish Enthusiastic and gifted organiser with DTP skills You have several years’ experience from an agency or corporate communication department or similar. You have practical experience with creating marketing materials in accordance with company CVIs and you have in depth knowledge with re-branding processes. Furthermore you are familiar with graphical production planning and last but not least, it is a plus if you are a super user of the CS-package and PPT. On a more personal note, you are structured, goal oriented and you have a high drive. You have an eye for detail and are thorough, all topped by good communication skills.
