GN Otometrics is searching for an ambitious Marketing Project Manager. Join us and be part of a dynamic international team focusing on global launches and communication. GN Otometrics is a global leader within hearing assessment, balance and fitting solutions and we are looking for an ambitious Marketing Project Manager that will strengthen our Launch and Marketing Communication team. Can you develop and drive successful customer focused go-to-market strategies? In Launch & Marketing Communication, we have a continuous focus on driving sales through all our launch and marketing initiatives. You will be an important part of our team with responsibilities ranging from global marketing to launch management and play a key role in securing that our brands have the right go-to-market strategy with the customer as the focal point of our communication. In order to achieve these goals, you will work with a wide variety of sales and marketing tools and continuously seek to improve our ability to generate sales leads through new and innovative activities, with specific focus on online media. As our new marketing project manager your main working areas will include: •Driving global launches and market communication for one of our key expert areas, with primary focus on further developing and growing market share through creative and result-oriented initiatives. •Key contact point for selected countries or geographical area, where it will be your responsibility to ensure the right exposure and the right marketing mix together with the local sales organization. •Close cooperation with Product Management, launch teams and sales subsidiaries •Providing a wide range of analyses covering market intelligence, communication, and media. •Project management of campaigns & trade shows •You will work cross-functionally with a number of internal and external partners in Denmark and abroad. You will also have the opportunity to travel abroad (estimated 20-30 days per year). An experienced and proactive marketer, project manager and communicator We expect that you have a very thorough understanding of the marketing pallet and that you are creative and innovative – a true driver of new activities. Your strong project management skills and conceptual mindset will ensure that we reach our ambitious goals for our launch and marketing activities. Good communication and presentation skills will be needed as all of this is done in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
