Your focus will be the Industry segment and you will be part of a team consisting of 25 marketing colleagues who are ready to help and support you. We work in an open office environment with a high tempo and a professional, yet humorous approach to our interaction in the team. Use your marketing tool box to develop Grundfos As our new Marketing Manager you are responsible for one-point-entry from the Industry segment to marketing. You will act as a marketing sparring partner to the Group Vice President for the Industry segment, provide segment specific input/needs to the overall marketing strategy and plan and secure alignment of the global, regional and local marketing plans for the Industry segment. Further, you will implement market communication activities and act as Marketing Manager for global campaigns – such as product launches - with centrally produced marketing material. Here, you constantly work towards ensuring the widest possible use of cross segment activities and tools when focusing on segment oriented marketing, and you cooperate with regional marketing colleagues to ensure global fit of the initiatives. Being Marketing Manager you also take care of: • planning global campaigns and initiatives • making activity plans for the market segments covering both global, regional and local activities - to support development of an aligned marketing plan • implementing campaigns in regions/countries in cooperation with Production and Implementation team • ensuring a strong online presence for your segment in cooperation with our Online and Social Media team • budget follow up for your own projects and activities Your main challenge is to get to know Grundfos in order to influence the organisation through your initiatives. The nature of your job will take you travelling around 20-30 days a year. Background within market communication and a strong marketing tool box • You probably have a master degree in marketing and a minimum of 5 years of experience within sales and marketing from an international marketing department or from a consultancy/agency • You have experience driving large scale, international marketing projects and acting as a strategic sparring partner • Your English skills are excellent both verbally and in writing As a person you are independent and not afraid of challenging your surroundings and you have the ability to think holistically, and focus on integrated marketing. By being a strong sparring partner and showing direction, you enjoy taking responsibility for the operational tasks while still having the overview. Finally, to secure network and stakeholder engagement across a global company, your collaboration skills are excellent.
