For our Engineering Department for software and SCADA located in Brande, Denmark we are looking for a Master Data & Documentation specialist to take a key role in the design and maintenance of the SCADA hardware & IT platform used globally in all Siemens Wind Power Plants. The SCADA hardware team consists of a group of dedicated employees. The team is responsible for the wind farm IT platform and for the design and production of the SCADA systems used for supervision, control and data acquisition from all wind farms globally. You will be a part of a team operating in a busy and rapid changing environment. It is therefore a requirement that you are able to handle and cope with many parallel ongoing tasks. What are my responsibilities? · Ensuring the highest quality of master data and documentation in our ERP, PLM systems and our technical SCADA product catalogue · Maintaining bill of materials for SCADA and SCADA components based on input from the engineers · Handling of engineering change notes and engineering change requests · Updating and maintenance of SCADA product documentation in document databases What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a technical background as technical assistant, technical designer or similar - preferably you have experience with SAP and knowledge about the Siemens PLM Software “Teamcenter” · You have expertise with ERP and PLM tools and document databases · Preferably you have knowledge of RDS-PP (Reference Designation System for Power Plants) and DCC (Document Classification Code) · Experience from the wind industry is an advantage but not a requirement · You possess strong communication skills and can interface with numerous parties · You are self-driven and able to control your tasks from start to finish · You deliver high quality – also under pressure · You are a dedicated team player and you thrive in a multi-cultural environment · You are fluent in written and spoken English and preferably Danish In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
