Then join Group HR in Bjerringbro to be part of a HR Master Data & Analytics team where you will work closely with colleagues in Manila, Budapest and Denmark within HR master data, reporting and analytics. You will be part of a Centre of Expertise and refer to Group HR Director Stina Bonde. ”You will be responsible for defining, driving and governing our HR master data and HR reporting policies and processes globally. The job is crucial for many of our business processes and deliverables. Accurate employee data is the backbone of our executive dashboard and key in making valuable HR reporting and analytics that support better organisational performance”, Stina explains. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As our new HR Master Data & Reporting specialist, your tasks will be to develop, deploy and govern global policies and processes that drive data accuracy and valuable HR reporting. This includes: • Developing a roadmap for master data and reporting activities and approve definitions and data quality targets. • Ensuring that data stewards provide high quality data according to defined standards and ensure that definitions are maintained. • Handling issues that are escalated from the shared service organisation. • Defining and governing guiding principles for HR reporting on our SAP/Success Factors and Business Warehouse platforms. • Quality assurance of new HR reports, ensuring they are being developed according to road map and requirements. You are overall accountable for ensuring the right capabilities in the master data shared service organization. You will have a colleague assisting you in the execution of training and in the deployment of policies and processes in the masterdata operational team. Furthermore, you communicate the benefits of employing HR master data, while always making sure that HR business partners and local administrative colleagues are equipped to understand master data processes and governance policies as well as the consequences of deviating from the practices. “The challenge in this job is to understand master data processes and systems in detail while being able to think strategically in governing and improving our HR master data. Using your stakeholder management skills, you get a key role within an area of high focus in Grundfos,” Stina says. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You have a relevant degree, possibly within HR, Finance, IT or Business Intelligence, combined with a couple of years of experience working with master data in SAP. You understand how data and reporting impact business performance. You are fluent in English and have good communication skills at all levels. “On a personal level, you are persistent and capable of handling multiple tasks, projects and requests from many different stakeholders. You show both authority and sympathy in your behaviour, and your strategic mind-set combined with an operational understanding allow you to think holistically, when you develop and implement global policies and processes,” Stina finishes.
