We are looking for a senior profile in Copenhagen with hands-on experience in information security and a drive to use that experience to develop and improve the incident management process and governance in Nordea and ensure that the business and IT gets actionable knowledge on relevant information security incidents in a timely fashion. You will also serve as a local Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the information security field. This is an opportunity for you to steer and improve the information security incident management process and trigger the breach notification process together with your Nordic and Polish colleagues.

Your future responsibilities

You will join Technology Information Security Office (TISO) that is accountable for Group level IT security within Nordea. Information Security governance, being a part of TISO Governance, supports the TISO organization by detecting information security events in and around applications and develops the information security governance and framework in Nordea. What you'll be doing:

• Manage information security incidents and document the incidents
• Support in implementation and development of the information security incident management process and governance in the business and IT areas
• Report on lessons identified from information security incidents
• Continuously develop the information security management process based on the lessons identified
• Contribute to the security investigations, security incidents tracking and monthly reporting
• Proactive analytics support for the business areas, information security team, 2nd line stakeholders

• Academic degree in Information Technology, engineering or similar
• Documented, hands-on experience in information security incident management and/or governance related to processes within information security
• Self-motivated personality with ability to be proactive and to reach out towards the business areas that we support
• 7+ year of hands-on experience and development in Information Security Incident Management, governance or crisis management in large organizations 
• The drive and ability to use your experience to develop easy to use processes and implement processes
• The ability to understand technical information security incidents and present the information to a non-technical audience
• Excellent people skills and the ability to communicate with all levels in an organization
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
