Responsibilities: You will be overall responsible for the technical competencies needed within Mechanical Engineering to secure that we always have the competencies needed either internally or at partners to be able to demonstrate the core elements of the ideas and remove the major technical uncertainties. You will further more lead a team of mechanical engineers and specialist and secure their future growth and passion. You need to be able to challenge the technical solutions and secure that we always chose the solution or method where we remove the largest uncertainties. Qualifications: You have a mechanical engineering background, minimum Master level, and broad technical understanding. You have more than 10 years of experience within engineering disciplines and have ideally worked with research, innovation and engineering. You need to be able to dive into the details and challenge the process to secure an agile and fast concept development process.
