Global Development is responsible for new products based on peptides and proteins from early development phases to product introduction. We manage clinical drug development worldwide, ensuring that processes meet uniform global standards, regulations and business ethics. We work in global project teams with focus on delivering viable products that make a difference to patients. About the department Clinical Operations, Insulin, Growth Hormone & Devices works with products developed for the treatment of diabetes and growth hormone deficiency. Our main tasks include planning, execution and finalisation of clinical trials. Our organisation is project-centric and internally we work in cross-functional teams, typically including medical science, data management and statistics. Our key external stakeholders are colleagues from affiliates and investigators. The job The job holds two areas of responsibilities and depending of project developments the priority between the two will shift accordingly. As Meeting Professional you will be responsible for the planning and execution of large scale meetings within the frames provided by standard operating procedures, guidelines, business ethics including HCP compliance and relevant external requirements. The Meeting Professional is responsible for ensuring high quality and cost effective monitor & investigator meetings and alignment of meeting programmes across the project. As Clinical Trial Administrator you will assist one or more International Trial Managers, who are responsible for conducting clinical trials. You will have a significant role in supporting the trial planning and execution by conducting trial related administrative tasks for the clinical team; take meeting minutes, help create presentations and newsletters and establish and maintain trial master files. Qualifications You have MA or BA in business administration, marketing, communication or equivalent and min. 2 years relevant practical experience. You have preferably administrative or project management experience with a proven track record and experience from working in a project oriented, international organisation. The job requires excellent communication skills, cross cultural understanding and the ability to work in a complex and busy environment with a service minded attitude. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with an analytical mind set and has distinct project management skills. In addition, you are fluent in English, able to work independently, can negotiate with external stakeholders, prepare budgets and constantly ensure high standards and business ethics. You should have an interest in optimising the use of IT and technical solutions including the Microsoft Office Package.
