Center of Expertise, Global IT The Center of Expertise (CoE) ensures that business services and related applications are appropriately designed, developed and optimized during their lifecycle and that system integrity is safeguarded. When development is handled by outsourcing partners, CoE interacts in relation to development activities and governance to maximize quality in the delivery. The Center of Expertise ensures continuous improvement and utilization of the applications in order to maximize value and reduce risk. You will join a team that primarily has the responsibilities of designing, developing and implementing our Microsoft applications, ensuring optimal utilization of Microsoft applications and SharePoint platform in the business through consulting activities. The team plays a central role in the IT service offerings and has a close relationship with external application development partners. Responsibilities: Take charge (in close collaboration with business stakeholders and application architects) of utilization and development of the MS EPM/PPM 2010/2013 (Microsoft Enterprise Project Management / Project Portfolio Management) platform on SharePoint 2013 across our organization. Deliver top end consultancy services to our business stakeholders by actively participating in identifying business demands. Take charge of effective analysis and relate it to MS EPM/PPM capabilities in collaboration with the business stakeholders and application architects to utilize the application to its fullest. Facilitate cost efficient collaboration internally in IT as well as between IT and external consultants/vendors in order to maximize use of system capabilities and internal knowledge upgrade. Create solution designs and configure/build services in compliance with Vestas IT development and architecture standards and strive for maximum utilization of MS EPM/PPM standard features. Participate in rolling out of global standards and solutions for MS EPM/PPM. Drive global knowledge sharing activities relating to MS EPM/PPM. Coach & improve functional expertise of Business Consultants, Apprentices and application supporters. Develop and maintain appropriate documentation. Coordinate and conduct solution testing (i.e. Projects, Requests for Changes and 3rd level incident handling). Keep up to date with latest technologies within areas of responsibility. Qualifications: Several years of practical experience with administration, configuration and management of MS EPM/PPM and SharePoint 2013. Significant experience with providing business consulting services from a business process or IT technical perspective. First-hand experience with Project management utilizing MS EPM/PPM. Strong ability to transform business requirements into IT solutions. Understanding of project work methodology related to Business and IT projects in larger organisations. Education: Master degree in Business / IT or similar experience. Competencies: Proactive & self-driven with strong personal impact towards stakeholders. Extrovert with strong communication skills. Willing and able to take also tough discussions with business stakeholders and form a consensus. Analytical, structured, methodological and diligent in documenting. Reliable, service minded and result oriented. Able to act in a cross cultural, global and very dynamic environment. Good sense of humour.
