Are you ready to take charge as the all-important link in the LEGO Group´s dynamic mobile games production process? You will be orchestrating great mobile gaming experiences and ensuring timely delivery in a rapidly growing business area. Welcome to Digital Games in Billund The Digital Games team is responsible for all games in the LEGO Group. We support the overall digitalisation agenda across all LEGO brands in close collaboration with external partners. Our ambition is to develop new and unseen features and gaming experiences -worldwide, world class! Responsible for production of outstanding gaming and marketing apps In a process that begins with creative development and ends with a child intuitively touching a retina screen, you will be the one person who knows everything. In order to be a success, you draw strength from your hands-on game production knowledge and turn creative briefs into concrete specifications. This includes liaising with both in-house stakeholders and outside partners. You are responsible for the timely delivery of more than 10+ individual mobile games a year, so you need to make sure that nothing is forgotten or lost on your watch. First and foremost, however, you are our trusted guardian of quality, always ensuring world class gaming experiences. Clearing out roadblocks, scheduling review meetings and motivating the project task force will also be part of a work-day which includes managing multiple projects simultaneously and continuously ensuring that all stakeholders are on the same page. As project spearhead, you have a unique opportunity to grow professionally and build valuable networks along the way. Strong enabler with gaming industry background and solid project management skills We are looking for a seasoned gaming industry veteran. Ideally, you have a degree in production management, but what really counts is 3-5 years of game production experience that has taught you the value of subcontracting. A strong track record from the world of monetized apps will be another huge advantage. Working in the fast-paced world of mobile games, you have an uncanny knack of remaining focused and calm at crunch-time. Further, you are a natural-born communicator who knows how to address and build strong relations with colleagues and partners at all organisational levels. Translating strategies into customer-friendly solutions, you will be active on multiple platforms and therefore understand the rules that apply in worlds like creative direction and software development. As you will be the focal point of the production process, you need strong coordination and project management skills as well as the courage to stay the course and make the right calls.
