Du skal agere almindelig kunde og blandt andet observere hvordan personalet håndterer kundemødet. Du skal besøge en udvalgt butik og derefter rapportere besøget i et internetbaseret system. Du planlægger selv arbejdet og er ansvarlig for at besøge butikken inden deadline. Hvilke krav findes der? - Du skal bære briller. - Du skal have tilgang til en computer, Excel, e-mail og internet. - Du skal beherske dansk og engelsk i tale og skrift. - Du skal være omhyggelig og have en god arbejdsmoral.
