Do you have what it takes to ensure steep year-on-year improvements in a global procurement environment that has already worked dedicated with Cost down for years? And do you want an independent and challenging job in an international environment in one of Denmark’s largest industrial organisations? Then you could be the Full Potential Purchasing (FPP) Navigator we are looking for. Your overall responsibility is to manage and head Cost down projects throughout the Power Electronics organisation. You will have 9 colleagues with a global mind-set, different backgrounds and experiences and reference to the Director of Divisional DBS. Procurement, project management and lean Power Electronics (PE) Supply Chain DBS is a project-oriented organisation implementing best practices in the PE Supply chain in order to realise targets and a strong focus on continuous improvement. Your key tasks are: •Manage Procurement projects (cost down) in PE •Facilitation of cross functional workshops •Training of PE professionals in Best Practice •Maintaining focus on KPIs and targets in the PE organisation based on the DBS platform •Ensuring timely rollouts of procurement projects •Ensuring the targets are met Travelling will entail app. 40 days per year. Skilled FPP Navigator and strong management skills Strong management skills and procurement experience with focus on world class performance in quality, delivery and total cost are a must. Therefore you have solid experience from a similar position as e.g. Strategic Procurement Specialist, Category Manager or Purchasing Manager. You hold a MSc in Business Administration or Industrial Management. On the personal front, you have a strong business acumen and drive. You have a strong process orientation, work independently and are self-motivating. Finally you write and speak English fluently.
