How you will make a difference
As our new Navision Business Consultant, you will join our ERP team at our headquarters in Brøndby, just outside Copenhagen, Denmark. As a Navision Business Consultant your primary responsibility is to ensure that Milestones business processes are supported efficiently and effectively. Furthermore you will be responsible for the functional solution design and work in close collaboration with our Solution Architects.
The role will also include:
- Performing configuration of Dynamic NAV, and coordinate with developers where customized functionality is required. You’ll be responsible for the combined deliveries of new functionality with configuration is working together.
- Act as advisor to business stakeholders
- Create and maintain system documentation, process abstractJV_description and design
- Provide 2nd level operational support
- Assisting in creating test scripts and testing
- Provide training for users and create user documentation in order to help optimize the use of the system
Who are you? You should have knowledge of, and some experience with the following:
- Dynamic NAV application functional area knowledge (e.g. Sales, Finance, Purchase)
- Configuration of Dynamic NAV in Sales, Finance and purchase
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics NAV modules
- Creating test scripts and testing
- System and User Documentation
- Microsoft SQL, Excel and MS Office
It’s even better if you also know about:
- Scrum and Agile development and how that applies in a Dynamics NAV context
- Integration technologies (Dynamics NAV API) relevant for integration between Dynamics NAV and other business systems (e.g. Dynamic Web and Salesforce).
- Experience across several business areas
As a person, you are reliable, independent and flexible, open to new ideas and other cultures – and confident communicating in English on a professional level. We imagine that you hold a University degree, preferably within Engineering, Accounting, Financial Management or equivalent. What is more important is your extensive experience as a Navision Consultant or as a superuser in Dynamic Nav in Sales, Finance and purchase.
