Location: Copenhagen, Denmark Field of Offer : Telecom, Telecommunications Requirements: 1.Experience within Telecommunication environment or Bachelor/Master students from Technical University within Electronics or Telecommunication 2.Comfortable with: Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook etc 3.Capable to work in an international environment 4.Broad knowledge within telecom area 5.Experience with NOC environment or Ericsson equipment will be an advantage 6.Able to communicate fluently in English. Danish would be a plus 7.Must be able to work in shifts, 7 days a week. Responsibilities: 1.Monitoring 24h/7days the 2G, 3G and 4G Networks, using fault management systems and specific NMS’s and performing initial analysis to identify the issues. 2.Investigating basic alarms on different equipment and technologies related to Radio Access and Core Network (GSM, UMTS, LTE, etc.) 3.Handling and escalating technical problems 4.Trouble Ticketing and Work Order applications for alarms handling and field personnel dispatching 5.Interactions with local service providers regarding Radio network infrastructure (Power Company, Leased Line Company) 6.Telecom reports in order to reach the agreed KPI’s 7.Internal and external training We can offer you: An exciting opportunity to work with the newest technologies within the telecommunication area, in an international working environment.
