An ambitious team of high strategic importance
You will join our dynamic and result oriented NOOS department, which is of significant strategic importance for VERO MODA. We are committed to creating a strong and trendy replenishment program for our customers that is in tune with market demands, and thereby, supports our continuous growth. VERO MODA NOOS is a result-oriented, agile and high value-generating team, characterised by respect, persistence and a positive and including atmosphere.

A versatile and challenging job
As a Supply Planner at VERO MODA NOOS, you are responsible for ensuring the right mix of NOOS styles in our VERO MODA stores, and thereby, contribute to increased sales and availability of the products in the stores.

More specifically, your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Presentation of NOOS collections
• Follow-up on style performance to optimize the sales in the stores
• Dialogue with your customer portfolio to ensure that they have the right NOOS product package
• Production of sales reports and statistics
• Continuous knowledge sharing with Supply Planners and Demand Planners
• Follow-up on orders to ensure high level of service.

Qualifications

• Relevant education, preferably a BA degree or higher
• Skilled in sales and customer relations
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in English in writing and speech – knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage

Analytical and structured relationship-builder
As a Supply Planner, you continuously draw on your analytical skills to ensure that your customers always have the right stock and product package. You are motivated by achieving tangible results, such as turnover ratio, stock level and product performance, and always push the barrier for what you can do. As this role has ties to other departments and stores, it is essential that you are outgoing, service minded and a strong communicator, who can build and maintain relationships across all levels and functions. Your decisions are well-founded in thorough analyses and a strong business acumen, and because of your structured way of working, you can manage several tasks simultaneously. Finally, you are curious and thrive in a role where new learnings and challenges await every day.
