- Quality - Denmark - Bagsværd Quality Operations is looking for a person who can take active part in the newly formed novoGloW Operations department. We are looking for a candidate who can advise and support our stakeholders globally in all aspects of the nonconformities and CAPA system processes and the novoGloW system. Therefore it is essential that you are passionate about building relations and strive for process excellence through collaboration with stakeholders. About the department The position as novoGloW Process Adviser is based in novoGloW Operations which focuses on improvements and support to the core quality processes supported by the novoGloW system. novoGloW is a workflow-based IT system for handling core quality processes globally in Novo Nordisk. Currently the change control process is supported by the system and in the beginning of 2015 the nonconformities, CAPA system, audits, inspections and potential recalls processes will also be supported. The novoGloW Operations department consists of a dynamic mix of process and technical competencies. The job In your role as a novoGloW Process Advisor you understand the overall elements and regulatory requirements regarding the nonconformities and CAPA system processes and have knowledge about best practice within management of the processes. You advise and support our stakeholders globally in all aspects of the two processes and the novoGloW system. Through your collaboration with stakeholders you strive for process excellence in your maintenance and development of the process. You will also take active role in maintaining and improving the training setup, procedures and in the training of super users. Moreover you will participate in driving expert network. Qualifications You have a relevant university degree and can document some years of relevant experience. It would be an advantage if the experience includes work within the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industry, support to workflow-based IT system, quality management processes and the audit and inspection processes in particular. You are experience in applying change management guidelines, you master teaching and facilitation. Meetings and presentations in English will be part of your daily work, so good communication skills and fluent English are required. The candidate can work independently but also be part of a team and is able to handle several tasks at the same time. You have a strong personal drive and are proactive in your approach. You thrive in a busy environment and bring a positive can-do attitude to your work – even when the pressure is on. You must have high level of analytical skills and ability to quickly obtain an overview of a given subject.
