Do you want to join our growth journey? Are you ready to walk the extra mile to create results? Dinex is looking for NVH & Test engineer to our Test Center in Middelfart.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Setting up tests and data acquisition for NVH testing
• Carry out hot vibration testing on exhaust aftertreatment systems
• Analyze road load data and extract vibration profiles for subsequent use in vibration testing
• Continuous development and standardization of hot vibration testing
• Maintenance of hot shake test cell, flow rig and all related measuring equipment and hardware
• Develop tensile test method, setting up test and data acquisition and carry out tensile testing
• Manage thermal fatigue testing with subcontracting company
• Develop experimental modal analysis
• Maintain and further develop the acoustic insertion loss and transmission loss testing equipment and methods
• Carry out basic tests incl. insertion loss, transmission loss testing and engine dyno test.
• Support customer projects with technical inputs in terms of acoustic and vibration testing.
• Ad hoc tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering degree within acoustics & vibration
• Knowledge of material testing, dynamic vibration testing and pressure acoustic testing
• Knowledge within NVH data acquisition systems and electro-dynamic test equipment
• Knowledge within test data analysis
• Knowledge in the field of signal analysis, material fatigue & sound transmission
• Good English skills both written and oral
