We offer you an opportunity to join Danfoss Power Solutions segment as an OEM Sales Manager for Sweden and Finland. You can become part of a Sales and Marketing department, reporting to OEM Sales Director. Your leading sales management role for specific OEMs will include also international coordination where applicable. Your new challenges: •Develop strategies and objectives to achieve profitable growth, based on a good understanding of your nominated customers •Ensure the alignment of customer strategies with the overall Company and Business area goals •Effectively lead Account Manager(s) in alignment with the Best Customer Connect and Unique Customer Experience philosophies •Accountable for the achievement of sales, price, profitability and cost targets •Member of the extended EU sales leadership (ESL+) •Work closely with the BU management to ensure the »Best Customer Connect« for your nominated accounts Our expectations from the candidates: •University degree (Bachelor or Master) in mechanical/electrical engineering field OR Business Administration with good technical understanding •At least 5 years of sales experience in the hydraulics industry or in the Danfoss Power Solutions target markets •Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (with multi-cultural teams preferred) •Experience in Account Management and Sales Development Additionally: •Knowledge of the Mobile Markets and Customers •Solid commercial knowledge and good financial understanding •Good knowledge of key IT tools (incl. CRM, Web, MS Office) •Professional English skills (verbal and written) •Skilled in one Scandinavian language will be advantage Personality profile: you possess sales management and leadership skills. With your ability to multitask you are able to work and run projects in a matrix organization. You also enjoy to work and lead virtual teams. Your value selling, negotiation and other sales techniques complement your outgoing personality with excellent communication and personal relationship skills. Being analytical and structured person helps you to achieve excellent results, and your energy allows you to find compromises between multiple and conflicting interests. You also have: •Solid decision making ability •Intercultural competency including ability to work in and lead an international team •Strategic mindset •Self-driven personality •High degree of responsiveness •Energetic, able to find compromises between multiple and conflicting interests •Ability to orchestrate many relations internally and externally Taking this position you will be placed in Sweden (Stockholm area preferred), Finland (Espoo/Helsinki area preferred) or alternatively in Denmark, and should expect substantial travelling activities.
