O&M SCADA and Network Manager for asset integrity management of offshore wind projectsWould you like to help us manage the overall technical asset integrity related to our SCADA and network systems across our Northern European portfolio? Join us and become O&M SCADA and Network Manager in our department Balance of Plant & OFTO. We are responsible for managing the continuous planning of asset maintenance as well as implementation of asset improvements for the balance of plant assets across our wind farms. Balance of Plant & OFTO is part of Wind Power, which has 1400 employees and is one of five business units in DONG Energy. For more than 20 years, Wind Power has been working actively in the offshore wind industry, and as a result of this, we now have unique knowledge within this field. We use our know-how in all phases of our offshore wind turbine projects - from the early development phase, through the constructing phase to operation and maintenance. Safety is a focus area in everything we do. We have a strong market position, and we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Gentofte in Greater Copenhagen or in Skærbæk near Fredericia. However, you should expect some travelling to our offshore wind farm sites in Northern Europe in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility As O&M SCADA and Network Manager, you will be responsible for programming and planning our maintenance concepts for SCADA and network systems, which are based on PAS55 Asset Integrity Management, aiming at ISO certification in the years to come. You will act as technical lead and support our operational assets in relation to planned and ad-hoc requirements. In case of unplanned operational events and failures, you will be responsible for the technical aspects, covering alarm investigation, root cause assessment and deciding which rectification solutions should be applied. Consequently, it is essential that you have excellent communication skills enabling you to convey your messages in a smooth and efficient manner. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: be responsible for technical asset risk management concerning control systems and network security drive future SCADA requirements to be recognised and implemented throughout the asset project phases lead the asset portfolio maintenance for SCADA and network systems. Your profile You have a Bachelor of Science Degree or preferably a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. This will be supplemented with extensive knowledge of asset integrity maintenance, preferably in an offshore environment. Furthermore, you have relevant experience in technical management of SCADA and network systems. It will be beneficial if you have experience from the wind power industry or the marine environment. You will have relevant experience and proficient skills in examining complex data and information and based on this evaluation manage the information impact and consequences on asset integrity. As we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you have good English skills and speak and write English fluently. In addition, you have excellent communication skills and are able to communicate well with colleagues at all organisational levels. You are a dynamic professional, and you are able to find both constructive and practical solutions to all manners of operational and technical challenges. Additionally, you have experience from working in multi-disciplinary teams. You are also a proactive player who thrives on sharing your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues in order to contribute actively to the development and improvements within the field of offshore wind farms and asset integrity management.
