Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Transportation Management Consultant for our One ERP project responsible for driving implementation of Transportation Management system provided by Descartes.  You will be working in the Transportation Management Team, a part of the Logistics teams in the Project, which is responsible for implementing Transportation Management at Danfoss entities across the world. We are helping the Local Danfoss Sites adopt and use the TMS system and processes within Transportation. To achieve this, you will need to collaborate closely with colleagues from all over the world, mostly working out of Flensburg. As part of the Transportation Management Team, you will be working together with a team of six colleagues from Danfoss and our external partners.
 
The One ERP team is primarily working out of Flensburg (Germany) with a possibility to work remotely.

Background and skills
We expect you to have solid knowledge and experience within freight and transportation management combined with a strong understanding of end to end business processes and project management. You also have strong business processes consulting skills in terms of ability to present in front of senior business partners, lead workshops, and communicate with impact.
 
Furthermore, you have experience with or knowledge of the following:

• Transport setup and best practice within operational shipping environments.
• Training and supporting process experts and shipping functions.
• Analyzing of transportation processes and solutions.
