Do you have skills within online community management, content production and Social Media? Would you like to capture content from the LEGO Community and incubate it with the company, leveraging the community's fantastic creativity and passion for the LEGO Brand? Seize the LEGO Community creativity As our Online Community Manager, it is your responsibility to make community members feel welcome and your primary focus is to procure user-generated content from our adult user community on Rebrick.LEGO.com and ideas.LEGO.com. You serve as editor in chief on the Rebrick platform and are responsible for sustainable community engagement as well as: Securing ongoing dialogue, creating excitement, building and retaining strong relationships with the community and with key stakeholders in our organisation Executing the current community and user-generated strategy in line with department priorities as well as help developing a short term strategy according to the LEGO Group priorities Tracking, monitoring and leveraging site metrics and customer insights and delivering user-driven campaign content for LEGO Channels Moderating and engaging users on the LEGO Ideas platform where users suggest and support ideas for new LEGO Products Brand advocacy that leads to innovation By stimulating authentic brand advocacy, you will leverage passion, talent and experience of the age 13+ LEGO User community. You take part in the crowdsourcing process: from idea generation to concept development, and final execution of the initiative. You will be part of a collaborative department which has a lot of fun, openness and innovation and in the role as online Community Manager, you get to shape the content of your job within the frame. A passion for online content production, Social Media and working with communities You will further develop your skills within stakeholder management and aligning expectations.
