Organizational Development Director, Leadership & Organization Do you have the ability to make leadership, talent and organizational development the differentiating ingredient in delivering extraordinary business results? If so, you should come and work in our Leadership & Organization team which is reporting to the CEO of Novozymes. As a part of this small team you will be given the responsibility to partner up closely with the commercial functions of Novozymes namely Business Development and Business Operations. You will have the opportunity to orchestrate and ensure strong succession preparedness, impactful leadership teams and valuable commercial processes and structures. You will thus have a broad playing field as a strategic individual contributor spanning from e.g. taking care of specific deliverables over to connecting with and accelerating talents to sparring with the Executive Vice Presidents of Business Development and Business Operations. For an ambitious and highly skilled individual this role holds great and engaging challenges in an international and cross-functional context. In this position you need to: Have a solid understanding of what leadership entails and +10 years' experience within the field Deliver results through leadership, talent and organizational development, coaching and sparring Demonstrate ‘organizational empathy’ and have a good feel for organizational dynamics Be flexible, grounded, pragmatic and comfortable with ambiguity Have an education at Master's level and preferably also experience and/or education from the psychological or HR related fields.
