Read more about the groundbreaking products you will be working with: http://www.universal-robots.dk/Files/Filer/Video/UR5_DUAL_ARM_640-3.mp4 Job and responsibilities: Reporting to the Director of R&D Projects, you will be responsible for all the typical tasks a PA performs, including quality-assuring our manuals as well as the management of the translation of these. You have experience from a role that reflects the ad hoc needs that arise in an extremely expansive and growing organisation. The main part of the position consists of supporting the Director, R&D Projects and our CTO. Your primary tasks will include: Facilitator on a number of internal R&D tasks Travel planning and R&D events planning Time administration Facilitator on EU projects Coordinate internal and external meetings in R&D and actively participate in these meetings Information sharing internally in R&D and to the rest of the company Prepare PowerPoint presentations Phasing-in of new employees in R&D Various translation tasks Significant experience with Microsoft Office is expected and it would be an advantage if you have experience with tools for technical documentation management. Alternatively, you must have a flair for quickly acquiring the skills to work with this type of tool. We write our manuals in English and these are translated into more than 15 languages. Therefore, very high level English language skills is a requirement, both spoken and written. If you have similar skills in another foreign language, that would be ideal but not a requirement. Profile: To achieve success in this job it is important that you are accommodating and can get on with people at various levels and in various contexts. You have minimum three years' experience from a similar position in a large international organisation.
