PA to the General Counsel, Carlsberg Headquarters Copenhagen We are looking for a positive, outgoing, highly motivated, structured and experienced personal assistant with a good energy level and excellent skills within coordination and support. The assistant will act as PA to the General Counsel, VP, and support the General Counsel in managing GLRM, including the global network of lawyers in the Carlsberg Group. GLRM covers the areas of Legal, IP, Risk Management, Security and Real Estate and employs approximately 30-40 people based in Copenhagen. The recently reorganised legal community in the Carlsberg Group has in excess of 100 lawyers based in approximately 40 countries, including 8 at the Corporate Head Office in Copenhagen. The PA will play an important role in supporting the General Counsel in realizing the new global strategy of GLRM in the Carlsberg Group, primarily in relation to the legal area, however with many touch points and much cooperation with other HQ functions. Responsibilities: • Meeting coordination, keeping track of deadlines as well as general backup on ongoing cases; • Travel booking, visa applications and travel reporting in SAP; • Preparing and handling email correspondence and project related documents (based on dictate or concept); • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and excel overviews; • Supporting and facilitating Global Legal Management Team and GLRM Management Team (coordination, agendae, minutes and maintenance of team sites on intranet (Sharepoint)); • Coordinating and facilitating strategy events and meetings for the department as well as annual conference for the Global Legal Community; • Development and maintenance of certain systems and databases (primarily in Excel and Sharepoint)); • Maintenance of Group Legal Portal on intranet (Sharepoint), including contact lists, policy libraries, Legal Community Site, development of toolboxes, etc.; • Various ad-hoc tasks and assistance to GLRM department. Profile: • Relevant experience, at least 2-3 years from similar position in an international operating company • A bachelor degree would be an advantage • Knowledge of legal issues is an advantage but not a requirement • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • Good IT skills and an experienced user of all MS Office programs, especially Power Point, and Excel • Preferably experience with Sharepoint • Experience with accounting in SAP would be a plus You are pro-active and serviceminded and work in a structured manner. You hav excellent organizational and administrative skills as well as excellent skills in communication and presentations. You are a team player, but - at the same time - able to use your own initiative and work independently. You are able to work under pressure and sometimes to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and without losing your eye for details. You keep the overview and carry out multiple tasks simultaneously, but also able to prioritize when necessary. Finally you are a motivated and committed professional with a positive attitude.
