- Administrative - Denmark - Bagsværd Corporate Patents is looking for a talented patent coordinator for our team of 10 international coordinators, responsible for managing the Novo Nordisk patent portfolio worldwide. About the department You get the opportunity to join an international, high performing team charged with the formality management of Novo Nordisk’s patent portfolio. We secure Novo Nordisk’s innovation in close collaboration with our researchers around the world, and handle all stages of filing and prosecution as well as conflicts involving third party patents. The job As a Patent Coordinator you will be responsible for all kinds of formality tasks and other administrative issues within the lifecycle of a patent. You will be working in a team with 2-3 patent attorneys, providing patent support to Novo Nordisk future and existing products. You will be integrated into the cross-departmental administrative team of coordinators in USA, India and Denmark, where support and knowledge sharing play a significant role. You will also be involved in other ad hoc administrative tasks in relation to general patent portfolio administration, and in development of our patent-related processes and IT system ANAQUA. Qualifications You have several years of patent administration experience. Either you have obtained the QIPA title or are in the process of doing so. Your knowledge of English is at a high level, written as well as verbal. You have a good IT knowledge in general and feel very comfortable using patent databases. As a person you show attention to detail and work diligently towards deadlines. You bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. You are open-minded and a team player, and you are good at organising and prioritising your time.
