We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator for our Payroll department in Brande, Denmark. As a Payroll Coordinator you will be part of a highly competent and motivated team responsible for all payroll and refund issues for both salaried and hourly paid employees. What are my responsibilities? As a Payroll Coordinator you must be able to handle a wide variety of enquiries about Danish unemployment benefits, the Danish Holidays Act, the Danish Employers' and Salaried Employees' Act and Danish collective agreements. · Entering timesheets and ensuring that payouts are made according to local agreements. · Controlling payroll data. · Maintaining payroll master data. · Running payroll in Lessor. · Ensuring correct payments. What do I need to qualify for this job? · Payroll experience from a large-scale company · Preferably broad experience with collective agreements · Preferably payroll experience with Lessor Løn, Lessor Tid and SAP HR · The ability to transform policies, local agreements and collective agreements into correct salary calculations · You are an engaged and conscientious person and a dedicated team player, but also good at working independently · You have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your assignments and a well-developed ability to comprehend new and complex tasks · You have great communication skills and are devoted to service our customers in the best possible way · You have good English skills, both orally and in writing.
