Tasks & responsibilities: You will...

...in close cooperation with the Payroll DK team execute all payroll related and HR administrative tasks ensuring daily operation. You will manage and take ownership of the entire process and the interface towards our external payroll provider.

You will work closely with the business, IT and the rest of HR, and play an important role in supporting our business with high-quality payroll administration.

You will also be responsible for:

• Performing all necessary data activities for our external payroll provider to process payroll
• Audit time sheets, time registration, pay data, payroll master data and follow-up with any inconsistencies
• Point of contact for employees on payroll questions
• Establish, maintain and be process owner on internal payroll process
• Secure legal and tax compliance on payroll matters in corporation with the global employment tax specialist
• Interact with the rest of HR to ensure high payroll quality

Skills & experience: Our new colleague...

...has ideally at least 5 years of experience with processing payroll in an international organisation with both salaried and hourly paid employees. You are an Excel super-user and it would be an advantage if you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX. Experience with a time registration system and payroll outsourcing is preferred but not required.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you are a service-minded team player with a systematic work style who can prioritise your tasks and meet deadline.
