About the department You will be part of the Aseptic Production Support Team. We are experienced Specialists, Senior Project Managers and Professionals responsible for various fields of expertise and all supporting the global production of insulin. You will be working closely together with specialists and professionals, primarily providing process and technical support to the existing production sites as well as new sites under construction. The job You will be one of two professionals which supports the use of the corporate IT system PEMS (Production Environmental Monitoring System). The PEMS system is a cross-organisational system for handling environmental monitoring results. The system is used to support an efficient planning of the work processes, reporting, documenting and trending of environmental data.This IT system is used for classified areas in production units within all business areas of Novo Nordisk. The team works closely together with IT support in India and China. As a PEMS professional you will have close contact to PEMS users in your business area, where you will coordinate and execute training for system users. This include the development and maintenance of training material. You will support PEMS users in DK, China, Brazil, France, Russia and USA. You will identify best practice system use, and strive to implement this across the NN production sites. As you will be the link between endusers and the PEMS system you will support the continous development of the functionality of the system. You will work closely together with system users and IT developers to ensure the best possible functionality of the system. As we are a global organization you can expect some travel activity (approximately 15 - 20 days pr. year) Qualifications You hold a degree within a relevant area - engineering, pharmacy, IT - or you have other relevant business experience. You have a solid understanding of business processes within environmental monitoring and/or IT system enduser support and understand the value of implementing continuous improvements for an organisation and its processes. As a person you are focused on analysing business needs and have demonstrated the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. You work in a structured and systematic way and deliver results in accordance with agreed plans, deliverables and scope. You have excellent communication skills, are flexible and can work individually and in project teams. We expect that you are passionate about process improvement. Having the ability to collaborate across boundaries (companies and countries) and fluency in English, both written and spoken, are required.
